
BVEW partnered with the Key West Film Festival!
On Saturday, December 1st the top 3 finalists of BVEW’s Short Comedy Film Competition were screened at the Key West Film Festival and the winner was announced at the Festival Awards Brunch.
The winner was Gros, written and directed by Adam Taylor!

ABOUT THE COMPETITION:
Big Vision Empty Wallet and the Key West Film Festival are searching for the best short comedy!
The competition began online and culminated in Key West. Submissions were narrowed down to 10 semifinalists by the BVEW team. Online voting and points awarded by the judging panel decided the 3 Semifinalists. The director of the Top 3 short films received a trip to the Key West Film Festival (November 29th – December 2nd 2012)!

LEAH DUBIE, Comedian and Writer (WE tv’s ” Cinematherapy”, Playboy Magazine, LOGO, truTV “World’s Dumbest”)
KEVIN ‘DOT COM’ BROWN, Comedian and Actor (30 Rock)
The combined points from the online voting, judging panel, and live voting at the festival determined the winner!
